What is Haute Couture?
Haute couture refers to exclusive, made-to-measure garments crafted with exceptional attention to detail, luxurious fabrics, and artisanal techniques. Each piece is individually created to ensure a perfect fit and unique design experience.
Are your gowns made to measure?
Yes. All our couture designs are custom-made according to your exact measurements to ensure a flawless fit and personalized finish.
Can I customize a design?
Absolutely. Many of our gowns can be customized in terms of color, fabric, embellishments, sleeve options, neckline, and other design details, subject to feasibility.
How long does the couture process take?
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the intricacy and artistry of its design. Production timelines vary accordingly, and we recommend placing your order 4–12 weeks prior to your event to ensure ample time for its creation and finishing touches.
Your order is officially confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
For requests with a shorter lead time, rush orders may be accommodated upon availability and are subject to an additional rush fee.
How do I place an order?
You may visit our boutique for a private consultation or contact us through our website to begin the couture process. Our team will guide you through design selection, measurements, and customization options.
Do you offer international orders?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide and can arrange virtual consultations, remote measurements, and international shipping.
What sizes do you offer?
As all couture pieces are made to measure, we create gowns tailored to each client’s individual body shape and measurements.
How many fittings are required?
The number of fittings depends on the complexity of the garment. Typically, two to three fittings are recommended for local clients to achieve the perfect fit.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due before delivery. Specific payment terms will be provided during the ordering process.
Can I return or exchange a couture gown?
Due to the bespoke nature of haute couture and made-to-measure garments, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any fitting concerns.
How should I care for my gown?
Haute couture garments require professional cleaning and careful storage. Detailed care instructions will be provided with your order.
Do you offer alterations after delivery?
Yes. Complimentary minor alterations may be offered for local clients within a specified period after delivery to ensure your gown fits flawlessly. Our team will be pleased to assist you with any necessary adjustments.
Please note that post-delivery alterations are available exclusively for local orders and cannot be provided for international shipments.
